Name change to Symmetry Technologies, Inc., SMMR, in ‘UC
LONGWOOD, Fla., December 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Symmetry Technologies, Inc. (OTC: SMMR) (the âCompanyâ) today announced that, as filed in its home state of Nevada, it has changed by name to “UC, Inc.”
The Company is currently preparing a filing application with the Financial Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) for an immediate name change and trade symbol change. Once approved, the Company plans to publish an announcement on the date of implementation.
As part of the name change, the Company is undertaking a corporate reorganization and a brand new strategic business plan. The name change reflects the fact that the Company will act in the future as a holding company for the business operations of subsidiaries. Its business plan foresees the eventual acquisition of the majority stake in several companies with income, EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) and positive cash flows, and established business plans.
