Santander bank will close 5 branches in the center of Pa.
Boston-based Santander Bank is closing branches in the Harrisburg, Lancaster and York areas.
Santander is closing its branches at 6075 Allentown Blvd. in the Township of Lower Paxton; 3060 Industry Drive in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County; 820 S. Market Street in Elizabethtown; 880 W. Broadway in York Township and 4157 N. George St. in East Manchester Township.
Locations will close on November 19.

We listen and respond by adjusting our business model and delivery to better serve our customers, which includes consolidating branches while opening new ones, increasing our investments in digital capabilities, service centers and ATMs, and testing new products and services. Santander found its way halfway by acquiring Sovereign Bank, which had previously acquired Waypoint Bank, which had acquired Harris Savings.
There are many Santander locations in the middle.
